Mandera Technical Training Institute began in 2016 with ten students and today trains over 1,000 trainees. We offer Diploma, Craft Certificate and Artisan courses that give our graduates practical, job-ready skills, and our graduates now work across the country.

The institute is managed by a Board of Governors appointed by the Cabinet Secretary for Education, while the Principal and support staff run its day-to-day activities.
